There really are no set standards for growth. The variance is huge depending on lots of factors. Most times fish are gauged against weight and length (RW and RC) not age. IMO RC relative condition is the most important. The condition of all 3 of those fish are very good. The generally encountered situation is that the first fish stocked (assuming a good stocking plan) grow the best. Every generation after the first encounter more competition for resources thus slowing growth rates. See poor quality pic below.
