My protein feeder runs 2 times per day. Recently the fish do not come up to eat. Normal for 100 degree temps??

Dunno about protein but mine are still coming to feed twice daily.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

I presume 100 deg air temps - what's your water temp? Feeding slows down and even stops when the water gets hot enough.

Mine's 95 degrees near the shoreline, so Tim's is probably as hot or more than mine. I would try to set one short feeder run very early in the morning to confirm the fish are there. If that doesn't work, I bet the fish have moved.

I am not trying to brag, my pond's surface temperature is 98 degree, North FL. BG still feed, but at an reduced rate & vigor. They hide somewhere & only come into shallower water when it is time to feed.
