I'm guessing your DO is just fine, but like I said look into making that tiny gradient into a cascading/step natural aerator into the pond - if done right it'll probably be completely saturated by the time it hits the pond. You wont need the aerators.
I cut a trench from one pond to my 6 acre lake and cascaded it cleared up the bloom overnight.
