Fourthly - what is the fishery goal or goals for this pond?

1 - TX Feeder
2 - 1.2 acres
3 - about 80
4 - 1lb+ BG. 100% i am trying to keep 5 large LMB by marketing them and culling all others, but, if they see to be a problem, then i'll lean towards having big BG over LMB.

You should be removing every female bluegill you catch, and every bass that is over 14", NOT the small ones to meet your goal. If you want to keep 5 large ones, fin clip those 5 and remove any others that get over 14" The small noes you should leave in there so that they can EAT as many small bluegill as possible to leave room for the bluegill that escape predation to grow. A customer with a 4 acre, 30 foot deep pond that has Smallmouth, Redear, Hybrid Striped Bass, Golden Shiners, Yellow Perch, Hybrid Crappie, and both hybrid and regular bluegill in it harvests roughly between 1500 and 2000 fish per year.
