Fished the San Juan basin many times, pretty sure no PVC Muskrats on western slope, should be safe. Eastern slope, Rio Grande, the Front Range , maybe a slight risk. The spread of USPS to rural area's may make roadside PO boxes, in danger. LOL (Roll Eyes ) On page 310 of Observations & Questions , the laughs and serious humor doesn't end.
