I doubt another 50 lbs of bass being removed is going to make a legit difference given the fact that 50 bass weighed 13 lbs.
I'd drain down, kill it, fix my drain pipe, and improve my cover before I stocked fish again. Most likely would be ahead timeline instead of maybe having your work.
