After I got the dock addition done, I hauled it to the pond with the tractor. Went for a swim afterward. I didn’t get the water temp, but this seems like the warmest our water has ever been. I’m guessing it’s because of the brown algae this year. Or maybe a week of 90+ degree days. I sure hope this heat breaks before too long. Water is still pretty cool about 12” down.
I’m going to try and bring two 10x8’ docks together. I thought the old dock was ok, but I was informed it was too small. 😂

RES, YP, GS, FHM (no longer), HBG (decreasing), SMB, and HSB (only two have been seen in 5 yrs)
I think that's about all I should put in my little pond.
