I've never given it much consideration before, but I caught a very splotchy bass the other day and after throwing it back thought that maybe it was a spotted bass. They don't compete well with LMB do they? Figure if I have them it's a nice sign of diversity. But at the same time I don't want want something that doesn't get very big competing with the LMB.
