Bob, I think you've identified the major trend very clearly. That is large numbers of people are buying and making recreational ponds. ewest, you are right again, we "baby boomers" are starting to retire. We will have the time and money to put into recreational property. These two factors (time and money) will drive our hobby like nothing else.
