After this winter I have been finding bluegill and redear dead in the pond. It isn't an oxygen issue, but a slim "blob" has been found on each dead fish. Please see the attached pictures. Could someone please identify what this is and what is causing it? Would like to know if there is anything I can do to help prevent it. Thank you
