Stocking 6-8 inch channel cats. Can they eat 1/8 th inch AND 3/16 th size floating feed at only 6 inches long? I want to grow them FAST and can feed as much as needed. I have both size feed and it all floats. What do ya'll suggest??

Stocked mine at 6”, other than natural forage, my fish get fed Aquamax MVP. I feel that is a very diverse product for all pond fish. I hand throw some Skreeting 9.5mm pellets on top (no idea what species is eating what)
In 10 months a had 19” CC weighing in at just over 3#.
Haven’t targeted or caught one since August, so no idea where they are now

Jason, some of my fish ended up being 8-10 inch!! Most were 6-8. So by the end of August this year I should have some AT LEAST 1 1/2 pounds feeding every day!!?? Right?? I'm excited!!

They grow very fast under the right conditions As long as they aren’t crowded and have plenty of forage I believe 1.5# - 2# is very doable

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

My friend in Northern Colorado uses TSC dog food. Cheapest he can find. He catches and releases going for making a state record. His fish are HUGE.
