I too have noticed decreased visibility in many ponds stocked with grass carp. In many cases this didn't hurt a thing as initial visibility was swimming pool clear, but in some cases I believe they encouraged turbid water. I believe as you do that pond owners should know the truth, the risks, the pros, and the cons before they make a move.
Maybe I just needed to argue about something, maybe it's the weather. Still we are on same channel, I believe.
