"What are your thoughts on whether a 12" LMB will eat a 8,9, or 10" trout ?"

I think conventional wisdom says LMB can eat other fish about 1/3 of their length, but someone correct me if I'm mistaken.

If correct, a 12" LMB could maybe eat a 4-5" fish, but the 5" would be on the upper end of capability.
