The RTU version is actually the most expensive formulation to use since it only contains .08 lbs of active-ingredient per gal, while the other formulations contain from .5 to 4 lbs of active-ingredient per gallon. In general, the higher a.i. concentrations are "cheaper to use" even though they're more expensive per unit-of-measure. However...., due to your pond's size (est @ only 1.6 ac-ft, based on your stated measurements), you won't need much fluridone at all - assuming there's no outflow/discharge from your pond for 4-6 weeks post-treatment - so the RTU might be the most "appropriate" option even though it's not the cheapest option. You'd have a LOT of left-over product remaining post-treatment if you opted for any of the more concentrated formulations. 45 oz of the RTU would likely achieve an initial 10ppb dosage (approximately) within your pond's presumed water-volume.
