I was hoping to plant wheat for deer in a couple of places. But, we got virtually no Fall rains at the right time. Actually I’m a long term drought and my ponds were about 50 to 60% full. Then, the last couple of days a neighbor, about 1/2 mile from me, got dang near 4 inches over 3 days. I don’t get as much as him due to owning a high spot where the clouds split. I live 80 miles away and am busting a gut to go see the ponds but we have more coming in the next couple of days. I’ll go look in 3 or 4 days. Or maybe I won’t be able to wait that long.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
