That is a real good question, I was kinda wondering the same thing myself, RW is going to vary big time across the country from south to north, what may be 100% in Minn would be considered 60% in Texas and Florida, I try to take it with an average here in MO thinking that pre-spawn or post spawn is going to figure into the equation dramatically, as is coming out of a winter or going into the winter.
