On my SMB/YP/BGxRES pond, all hybrids under 9" come out.
Those SMB/YP/BGxRES hybrids sound awesome. Can you post some pics, they should be beautiful fish.
Sadly, when the YP and SMB genes get added to the BGxRES, the fish no longer show up on cameras (digital OR film).
Sounds like you even got a few vampire genes into the mix!
Are you only able to catch them at night?
P.S. How was the BG dinner? Since you are eating some of the smaller ones, do you prepare any of them using the gut and then cook "whole" methods? (I am asking since I am going to start fishing at some state lakes where BG too small to efficiently filet are going to be the norm.)
