Building a new pond on land West of Lake Brownwood, Texas. Would like to retain a consultant to help design the pond and find civil contractor to build it. Can anyone recommend?

Talk to neighboring pond owners. Ask who they used, whether they would recommend that person, and what they would have done differently.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
