You need to look at the Pelican 10E. I am 6'4" and 225lbs. It handles me well. Stability is GREAT. I have built a deck on the front out of plywood to stand and cast off of. I have lights, foot controlled trolling motor, fish finder, and interior lighting installed. Its really more of a 20ft bass boat thats10ft long and plastic
