If it was me, for free, I would take them little cedar trees and tie a concrete block to the base of it and toss it in the pond, about six to ten ft out or in about 3 to 4 ft of water, the tree at the edge of the water is just begging to be cut and tipped over into the pond, you can tether the base to the stump if you are worried about it floating off to a less desirable are or depth, but I have been known to cut them and let them fall in wherever they land.
Not a professional but the bass do look a little undernourished, some cover will help your sunfish get a little more size to them and create a better food source for your bass.
That being said, in the bible you can read about a feller feeding a whole congregation on just a couple of fish,, I have always wondered how big them fish were, Ive fed quite a few people on a couple of 80lb Blue cats out of the river. but those are pretty rare.
