I have never been able to tell the difference in taste between BG, RES, or BGxRES. I believe that Lepomids raised in the same water, eating mostly the same things, taste pretty much the same.

But then again, I think sardines in mustard, crunchy peanut butter, and saltine crackers make a good lunch.
