I have two sweeney feeders that i really like mounted on two small docks i have on my 9 acre pond. I am thinking of adding a third but it would need to be on the bank. We have wild hogs around. Do you think I will have trouble keeping hogs out of the based feeder?

Might be worth a little extra fencing around the outside. I don't think they would swim for the food though.

There's lots of feral hogs around my place but so far they haven't bothered my Sweeney fish feeder on the bank.

If it's a problem, they make solar powered electric fence controllers. Put an electric fence around it.

been thinking about that to keep alligators out that come from a swamp behind the levee on that side too

They haven’t messed with mine but I don’t know why.
