Yes, and yes he is. I get most of my YP from him or Mill Creek.
Those WE were hatched Feb 1 2023, were 3.5" long April 1 when I dropped them off to him.
Maybe it was the batch before? Those went into the pond early May 2022 at 5” long, they did come from Shelby fish farm.
