John, I'm interested in the age structure of both sizes (9.75oz and 3.5oz for those wondering).
Very neat, sounds like an interesting procedure.
EDIT: The gravity of this just hit me... you are raising more fish in a 30 meter system than I am in a million gallon system-by a bunch..
