Oh exactly Sunil. As we age sometimes our perspective can change. I view our property as a good investment, that God willing we can still enjoy for a few nore years as the value increases. We've had our property now for 11.5 years. It's been a lot of fun, but at some point, the time will come to sell for a nice profit/retirement money and a bundle of great memories. Like Bob Lusk says...we are all really just stewards of our property/ponds until someone else (family or stranger) takes it over.


Fishing has never been about the fish....
