Filling a small pond with catfish and installing a feeder, that lady could be catching prime eating catfish in a short time and probably be very appreciative of the opportunity, and well worth every penny invested to have somebody local with a vested interest in watching the place.
Also the newer game cameras are very effective in alerting you pretty much in real time, of course those work better if you have a general trail or access to your fishing hole, obviously if it is wide open it may be harder to cover all the access points. Good Luck!
