Got a call from a neighbor at my pond -- I live about an hour away. She heard from another neighbor who saw a couple of kids (? age) fishing at my place around midnight, wanted to know if they were there with my permission. Of course, they were trespassers & poachers.
Given my foot issues in recent months, I'm wondering if it is worth it. Tired of pouring money, time, and energy into a place where I rarely go, then have poachers steal the fish. I've put up signs, I've asked neighbors to watch & call sheriff, I've gotten in touch with the county agent, but nothing seems to work.
Not looking for advice, really. Just discouraged.
