Tim - I believe you are in the conservation zone. You would need TPWD approval to stock. I’m not familiar with the process and how easy/hard that may be but something to look into TPWD - Tilapia StockingCurious. I'd have thought the stricter conservation zone would be in the warmest parts of the state, but instead it seems to target the driest.
