I'm wondering if the white plastic laundry baskets for $2 at WALMART would be good habitat? They have rows of 2" x 3" slots. Two connected and weighted seem like they work.
They also have black plastic file boxes with rows of round 2" holes for $7.
I plan to build some habitat by stacking four or five cinder blocks. Obviously I'm wanting inexpensive habitat for a new pond being built soon.
