George, regarding getting to fish the Waggoner Ranch, gloating is a sin. I think envy is one of the original seven deadly sins which I have an abundance of regarding that kind of opportunity. I can only imagine getting to hunt there. I understand that for about $15K or so that access is available. The Nail Ranch is managed by a Fort Worth Bank and only those with a lot of extra cash get to go there. I think $25K is the price.
I heard a couple of years ago that the Waggoner has been broken up. Like so many other large ranches, the old folks died and the progeny wanted their cash.
