The bass didn't spawn heavily in March with 67 degree water, a few but not many. Last week on the dark of the moon we had a major spawn. I had a 35 fish day including two 5# and one 7# LMB last Thursday or Friday. The last two days almost nothiing is on the bank and the bite is way off, typical post spawn pattern. I caught one nice 5# yesterday, but she was a long, spawned out female that probably spawned in March. The BG have been spawning heavily since early March. I'm resonably sure we had some fall spawning on LMB based on some of the size I have seen.
