Pond Boss Forums AERATION Systems questions Pond aeration sizing

I have a Vevor setup in the 1/2hp for my pond. Bought it late summer and used it till freeze up. Runs good, no issues. The only issue I have is I was running it off a generator as the pond is a fair bit from the house or any power. Gotta figure out how to run it come spring for the long term. I got my setup for $250 including shipping. I figured for that cost I paid for the airline and diffuser and got the pump for free. Even it it dies before it should I feel I am ahead.
