And to all a good night. I have arranged for Santa to drop by my house this evening to see my 5 year old Great Granddaughter.
Her Mom, my Granddaughter, told her to come talk to me about Santa because I know him pretty well. Heck, we were kids together and are both old. She has heard that he isn’t real so I have to set her straight. I’ll have to keep him away from the beer because he doesn’t do too well driving reindeers when he start drinking beer.
Ought to be interesting.

It will be a low-key Christmas weekend here. Kids and grands are all showing up New Year's weekend to combine
Christmas festivities with celebration of 31 years of marital bliss for the Mrs. and me.

Anybody get anything fun for Christmas?
My wife couldn't figure out why there were more presents for me under the tree then she got me. I explained to her that one of us should be surprised at the gifts I got, and it might as well be her. I don't think the look I saw in her face was what I anticipated.
