I have an established population in my YP/SMB pond. I know because a bunch washed out the main drain tube several times a few years back. Since I installed a water control box, I no longer seem to have fish wash out the pipe. I did find one large one dead in this pond also. I moved 19 of the ones that washed out to my 3rd pond which still only has FHM in it (+ the added LCS), but I cannot confirm that the LCS survived or spawned in this 3rd pond.
