Are you a decent shot?
A hog at close range with a scoped rifle is an "easy" shot.
Happy hunting! That all depends on what power the scope is set at too! Even if the hog is close, if he shoots with both eyes open then it won't make a difference with the scope, but if he closes the eye that isn't looking through the scope he might just see a mass of hair and not know where the x hairs are at on the hog!
