Are you a decent shot?
If so, then my advice is to be ready to take every "safe" shot you see developing. Hopefully one of the experienced people will be with you and can tell you to "wait, they are coming closer" or "take the shot, that is as good as you are going to get".
You definitely miss 100% of the shots you DON'T take.
Either way, have fun!
I have had fun during pheasant hunts during drought years where I didn't get a single shot, because it was an enjoyable break from work with a great group of people.
P.S. I just realized that you may never have even shot a rifle. A hog at close range with a scoped rifle is an "easy" shot. However, you first have to be comfortable with the rifle.
If possible, ask them if you can take 3 shots at a target before the hunt starts. That should get you much more confident with your rifle - and make you relaxed enough to take a good shot when it matters!
