I would be in favor of a meeting in the DFW area. Last week I was at the Embassy Suites which is adjacent to Bass Pro Shops, this might be an excellent facility for a one day meeting. They have several large areas with restaurants, bars, and meeting rooms. This is also very close to DFW airport. The meeting in our area sounds like a great idea.
