Sorry I don't think I have any more pics. But that device lays in the pond the flex hose goes onto two inch pvc for the pump intake. I attached a rope to the harness on the front of it and start the pump then I pull it a little at a time and let it suck up the muck. Once I pull it across the width of the pond I usually let it set for a day and the top layer of muck softens up. I started out pulling it up to the back of my boat and moving it back to the other side of the pond.and then repeated the process. But I later set up a small barrel to another rope so that when I pulled it it would raise the device up and I could pull it back across the pond for the next dredge run
