I'm wondering how much trouble George Bush had getting his permit for his pond in Crawford. I've never heard about a required permit in Texas for building a pond, and my thinking is something like that of the 'Good Ole Boys band' in 'The Blues Brothers Movie' when they were told that they needed a permit to play. They replied "what are you going to do if we just go in there and play anyway".
