I probably wouldn't mind that sort of water snake. Not to suggest I like snakes in any sense of the word (feel free to peruse my old posts on the topic! ) but these guys don't look nearly as bad as our northern water snakes which, horrifically, bear a very close resemblance to copperheads and have caused me more than one near heart attack over the years! These guys look more...friendly. If that can actually be said about any snake!
