It sounds like you have "control" over a significant portion of the water inflow to your pond.
If feasible, you might be able to put some tees in your corrugated pipe sections and have the option of routing water around your pond.
If your pond is full, set your diverters so the next big rain event does not send a lot of water to your pond and threaten the dam.
During dry times, make sure 100% of the water goes to the pond.
