Yes, I have. The current owner was very clear. I ruled out all the ideas you mentioned. I'm now 70somthing and retired from the Va. Dept. of Corrections. I have little desire to go back in a new role. I even got out google earth to look for ponds downstream that fry might have washed into during a storm. There are none. But thanks. The guy that built and stocked the ponds is unfindeable.
There has to be a fish farm down there somewhere and somebody here has to know.
