15 years ago and it’s still holding water. Damn nice tank. He has a lot of them on his ranch. The cost was minimal. He owns a small oil company. We tried it just to see if it would work, and it did.

I have seen that work successfully many times and have done the same myself. However it will not work in every situation. If you have a leak through rough gravel (larger size) or through fractured rock it may not work without some dirt work.
