Tilapia aren't legal to stock in Illinois ponds either. They need better lobbyists in Springfield, with big checkbooks.

If someone needs bigger pocketbooks to get something changed that's sad. Sounds like someone should be a lawmaker if that's the case.

Rusto you know BS walks and money talks.. sad but the way it is. What’s sad is those folks know that up that far north there’s not a snowballs chance of tilapia living through the winter
