Does anyone know if the 2-3" YP that SetterGuy is catching could be the result of the egg strands he witnessed in the pond around the 3rd week of March? Could they be that big already in a month? One month old YP even in the best conditions will be 1"-1.2". His 2"-3" YP are very likely male perch from last years hatch.
