Got all the leaves mowed back into the woods, and dumped down 40 lbs of fescue seed in the bare spots. Not sure if it will come up in the spring, but I had the time now. Ha!
Water level is down 2’ as our drought continues.
Also saw a fish floating near the bank, but didn’t want to stop mowing. I went back later to see if it was one of my new HSB, but it was gone. 68 degrees here yesterday, maybe the turtles are active?[Linked Image from hosting.photobucket.com]

RES, YP, GS, FHM (no longer), HBG (decreasing), SMB, and HSB (only two have been seen in 5 yrs)
I think that's about all I should put in my little pond.
