Agree with esshup. Nuke the plants but do it by area. The dying plants will cause O2 depletion. So, do about 20% of the pond at a time. The fish can go to the other areas.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
