Cecil - Since your pellet fed perch, which as you note may not have been eating very many pellets due to bass aggressiveness, does not qualify as a natural fish for state record status, then I ask the question, what is the difference between feeding the fish pellets vs artificially fertilizing your pond, and OR constantly introducing minnows or forage fish into a pond to keep the other fish growing? Where is the dividing line?
