I have noticed that here in my area of the country that in the last 3 yrs, that in a 10 mile radius there has been about 10 new ponds built that I know of. Seems like more people wanting little land with pond. I think alot of it is as us baby boomers are having grandkids we want them to grow up having some memories of the country life (staying at my grandparents farm was some of my best memories in life)corn cob fights, forts in the hay loft, swimming in the creek, and then Sunday dinner when everyone was there. Just think more people would like life to slow down alittle from the fast pace it seems to be nowdays. PO
