Looks like bridge planks to me. Around here, once in a while you can get these from the county boys when they make repairs to old wood plank bridges. They tear off a bunch and replace them with new. The old ones are still plenty solid to build a private bridge from. Native oak, creosote soaked...something like 3"x12" full dimension lumber.
